Mr. Davis is the former president & CEO of the Metropolitan Development Foundation in Syracuse, New York.  The Metropolitan Development Foundation fulfills a critically important role in the efforts of the CenterState CEO to improve economic vitality and quality of life in the Central New York region.  Incorporated in 1981, the MDF is a 501(c)3 public foundation that serves as the CenterState CEO’s vehicle for the funding and implementation of projects of importance to the region.
